JERKED CHICKEN
Portions of marinated chicken in a combination of herbs and spices. cooked in the oven or on the barbeque served with M & E special jerk sauce, rice and peas, fried plantain or candid sweet potatoes and salad.

COATED CHICKEN
Portions of chicken marinated in M & E special ingredients coated and deep fried. Serve with mango salsa.

CHICKEN FRICASSEE
Cooked with fruits in a piquant sauce

JERKED PORK
Seasoned with our own special jerk seasoning overnight, cooked slowly and served in it’s own sauce

ROAST PORK
Joints liberally marinated with pimento and then roasted.

LAMB SHANKS
Our lamb shanks are slowly cooked in a rum and slightly sweetened tamarind sauce and served with mashed sweet potatoes.

CURRIED GOAT/MUTTON
Small pieces of meat marinated in our fine ingredients, cooked slowly in a lovely curry sauce served on a bed of rice.

CURRIED CHICKEN
Marinated in M & E special ingredients and cooked in it’s own sauce.

ESCOVEITCH FISH
Whole or fillets of fish seasoned and pan fried, served with a fusion of onions peppers and sauce.

EXOTIC BEAN CASSEROLE
A combination of beans and vegetables of the Caribbean in a coconut sauce served with corn bread or plain rice and salad.

ACKEE & SALTED COD FISH
Jamaica’s national dish. Grown as a fruit but served as a vegetable. Flakes of fish combined with the ackee and other ingredients for a spectacular dish. Lovely with our fluffy fried dumplings.

SALTFISH FRITTERS
Flakes of fish in a herb and spicy batter and shallow fried, snack or canapé.

PLANTAINS
A family of the banana. Can be cooked ripe or green. Ripe is more popular as an  accompaniment to any of the choices.

FRIED DUMPLINGS
A dough made with M & E special ingredients and deep fried. Can be filled e.g. with ackee as an compliment. or canapés
